So here's our Legal/Disclaimer statement regarding Pimp My Goggles (from here on out referred to as PMG for the duration of this Legal/Disclaimer statement) custom helmets.
You, the end user, regardless of whether you are the owner, borrower, reviewer, and/or any other title and/or status which would explain your current possession of a PMG helmet, relieve and/or release the owners of PMG and any other parties, including but not limited to any individual, group, company, business, team, wholesaler, resaler, and/or supplier, who may be directly and/or indirectly associated with PMG free from any and all forms of liability, regardless of the type and/or nature, associated with the use of a PMG helmet.
By ordering, purchasing, receiving , and/or obtaining a PMG helmet by any other means regardless of the nature, and by using said PMG helmet in a manner consistent with its intended nature and construction, and/or by using a PMG helmet in any other manner, including but not limited to attempting to use a PMG helmet as a safety device and/or to attempt to enhance the safety of an approved paintball mask/goggles, you relieve the owners of PMG and anyone else directly and/or indirectly associated with PMG free from any and all forms of liability regardless of the type and/or nature.
Furthermore by attaching a PMG helmet onto a mask/goggles designed for paintball you acknowledge and understand that said PMG helmet is intended for DECORATIVE DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY, and is not intended to be actually worn while playing paintball and/or while handling and/or using any paintball related equipment which would require a paintball mask/goggles to be worn. Additionally you further understand that PMG helmets ARE NOT a safety device, WILL NOT enhance and/or improve upon the safety rating of a paintball mask/goggles, and may actually lower, reduce, and/or eliminate the effectiveness of a paintball mask/goggles.
Additionally you understand that attaching a PMG helmet onto your paintball mask/goggles may require modification of either the paintball mask/goggles, the PMG helmet, or both and as such PMG is not liable for any damage that may be encountered from mounting a PMG helmet to a paintball mask/goggles even when no modification is required.
